Our construction team consists of technical foremen and installers with more than 10 years of specialized purification construction experience, exclusively engaged in high-standard cleanroom enclosure construction, HVAC pipeline installation and supporting auxiliary engineering construction, and completely distinguish from ordinary decoration construction teams.
The full construction scope covers modular panel enclosure assembly, ceiling & partition installation, airtight gap sealing treatment, HVAC air duct laying, air conditioning unit fixing, FFU and filter system installation, stainless steel pipeline welding, anti-static epoxy floor construction, PVC sterile floor paving, clean door and window fixed installation, man-machine purification equipment positioning assembly, automatic monitoring system wiring and debugging.
We formulate exclusive dust-free construction management specifications for purification projects. During the construction period, we strictly control construction dust, isolate the construction area from the existing production area, adopt special airtight sealing glue and cleanroom special accessories to ensure zero air leakage of the entire enclosure structure. Full-time project supervisors follow up the whole construction process, record construction progress and quality inspection records every day, and take photos to archive all hidden projects for later audit and validation work.
Whether it is a large-scale industrial clean workshop with thousands of square meters or a small compact laboratory space, we adopt standardized construction process standards. After the construction is completed, we carry out self-inspection of enclosure flatness, pressure sealing, pipeline tightness and other items before handover, to ensure that the construction effect fully matches the design drawings, and create a solid physical foundation for the subsequent cleanroom validation testing work.
