We own standardized modern manufacturing factories covering all core purification supporting products, realizing full self-production of cleanroom core materials and equipment, and breaking the mode of simple outsourcing procurement of traditional EPC suppliers. All products are produced, inspected and stocked in our factory, supporting customized size, thickness, material and function customization for special industry scenarios.
Our main production lines include modular cleanroom sandwich panels (rock wool, magnesium oxide, hollow glass magnesium, anti-static, anti-corrosion series), air shower rooms for personnel, transfer pass boxes, cleanroom FFU fan filter units, high-efficiency air filters, air conditioning purification units, clean doors & clean windows, anti-corrosion floor supporting accessories, automatic purification control systems and other full-series supporting products.
We implement strict raw material incoming inspection, automated assembly line production, semi-finished product sampling test, finished product air tightness, dust resistance and filtering efficiency full inspection links. All production links follow ISO 9001 quality management system standards. Prefabricated modular components greatly shorten the on-site construction cycle, reduce secondary on-site processing pollution, and ensure the consistency of the overall airtightness and flatness of the cleanroom enclosure structure.
