1.Project Overview
Changan Ford Hangzhou Factory owns Ford’s world’s first fully automatic 3C1B water-based paint coating production line. The topcoat spraying zone has strict requirements for workshop cleanliness, anti-static performance and dust-proof sealing. Tiny dust particles easily cause particle defects on paint surfaces and damage the overall vehicle appearance quality. Our full set of clean wall panels, pass-through windows, air showers and high-efficiency filtration supporting materials have been mass applied to the coating clean zones of this factory.
2.Project Challenges
- 1. The topcoat workshop needs to stably maintain high cleanliness level and completely block cross air flow between internal and external zones.
- 2. The coating environment contains paint mist and acid-base disinfectants, so materials must be corrosion-resistant and easy to wipe and disinfect.
- 3. The production line runs 24 hours continuously, so high standards are required for equipment airtightness, stability and durability.
- 4. Meet Ford global manufacturing specifications, ISO14644 cleanroom standards and anti-static demands.
3.Supporting Solutions & Implementation Results
We provide integrated clean enclosure and purification equipment for factory spraying, polishing and quality inspection clean subareas:
- 1. Clean Enclosure Panels: Seamless arc structure, resistant to paint mist corrosion, non-dusting, no dirt accumulation dead corners, stably maintain positive pressure inside the workshop long-term.
- 2. Air Shower & Pass Box: Electronic interlock airtight protection, block cross-zone pollution brought by dust carried by personnel and materials.
- 3. Multi-stage High-efficiency Filtration System: Continuously filter tiny air particles, stabilize clean environment of topcoat zone, greatly reduce rework rate of defective paint surfaces.
The full cleanroom system has been running stably since delivery. It effectively controls suspended particles in air, guarantees uniform and glossy coating of factory metal paint and clear coat, and satisfies Ford’s strict global paint surface quality assessment standards.
