Lhasa People's Hospital Hemodialysis Center Project Introduction
1.Project Overview
The Hemodialysis Center of Lhasa People's Hospital undertakes dialysis diagnosis and treatment for kidney disease patients in plateau regions. The space is strictly divided into dialysis treatment zones, fluid preparation clean zones and waste disposal zones, with stringent requirements for partition isolation, airborne microorganism prevention and corrosion-resistant, easy-to-disinfect hard-surface materials. Our full set of cleanroom enclosure panels, medical pass-through windows and supporting purification equipment were fully adopted for the clean zone renovation of this project.

2.Project Challenges
- 1. Special plateau environment: Stable pressure differentials must be maintained between zones to block cross-airflow between clean and contaminated areas.
- 2. Frequent wiping with chlorine-containing disinfectants in treatment areas: Walls and equipment must resist corrosion and have no sterile dead corners.
- 3. Strict compliance with hospital infection control standards to eliminate cross-infection risks from the transfer of medical instruments and consumables.
- 4. Adapt to long-term high-frequency hospital treatment operations: Equipment needs airtight durability and simple maintenance.

3.Supporting Solutions & Implementation Results
- 1. Cleanroom Enclosure System: Arc seamless clean wall panels resist disinfectant erosion, feature smooth surfaces for easy wiping, and maintain stable gradient pressure differentials via zone partitions.
- 2. Medical Pass-through Windows: Double-door electronic interlock + UV disinfection enables sterile transfer of medicines and consumables, separating clean and contaminated logistics flows.
- 3. The integrated supporting purification system meets hospital disinfection and hygiene standards, effectively reducing airborne and sedimentary bacteria levels to build a solid infection prevention barrier for dialysis patients.
After handover and acceptance, the full cleanroom system operates stably. All zone cleanliness levels and airtightness indicators meet standards, fully adapting to the continuous treatment demands of plateau hospitals.
