Cleanroom pass through box for material transfer between clean & non-clean zones, mechanical /electronic double interlock optional, seamless arc inner chamber, UV sterilization, laminar flow self-cleaning, VHP sterilization optional. Embedded & wall-mounted installation, stainless steel /coated steel available, custom size for pharmaceutical, lab, electronic clean projects.

Product Overview

Our cleanroom pass through box is used for material transfer between clean areas and non-clean areas, or different grade clean zones. The double door interlock design avoids cross contamination caused by air convection.

No personnel need to walk through, which reduces the opening times of cleanroom doors, stably maintains indoor cleanliness and brings convenient operation.

Two interlock types are available: mechanical interlock and electronic interlock, with multi-layer sealing structure for excellent air tightness. The inner chamber adopts seamless arc design without dust dead corners, easy for wiping and disinfection. Multiple optional functions include H14 laminar flow self-cleaning, UV germicidal lamp, full cabin VHP sterilization and differential pressure monitoring. It supports both embedded and wall-mounted installation modes, equipped with transparent observation window and intelligent control panel, all sizes can be customized according to project demands.
