Custom double-layer cleanroom ceiling system fabricated according to site size. Upper ceiling forms independent clean interlayer, lower ceiling installs FFU units. Separated airflow space, tight splicing & excellent air tightness, stable load-bearing. Suitable for medium & high-grade clean workshops and laboratories.

Product Overview

Our double-layer cleanroom ceiling system can be customized and processed according to the actual room span size of the construction site.

The upper ceiling reserves an independent clean interlayer space, while FFU fan filter units are installed on the lower ceiling. Compared with integrated keel ceiling, this system fits projects with lower FFU layout density.

The upper and lower layered structure separates airflow spaces and keeps the interlayer area under clean environment. It is assembled with dedicated cleanroom lamps as a whole set. The ceiling features tight splicing, outstanding air tightness, stable structure and reliable load-bearing capacity, fully meeting the purification demands of medium and high-grade clean workshops and laboratory areas.
